BRIEF

PHASE is a dynamic organisation delivering housing, support and education to some of the UK’s most vulnerable young people. It plays a pivotal role in the life-chances of young people aged between 16 and 21. PHASE also delivers services to other vulnerable groups such as Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC).

At point of start-up PHASE required a full-service approach to develop a website, brand, PR and communication and marketing channels. PHASE approached us to advise on the use of digital to support its crucial work with young people.


SOLUTION

By far one of our most successful relationships, we have become digital and marketing providers for PHASE as it has developed into a highly effective organisation. Our proudest moment was when PHASE was awarded ‘Excellent’ by Ofsted in a recent inspection of the local authority services for which PHASE part delivers.

We delivered the new PHASE website, training and social media presence. We have since delivered a range of campaigns for the service, including recruiting more supported lodging providers (A unique service similar to fostering).

We continue to provide new advice and help to PHASE on a daily basis and are currently working on a new website, and internal communications strategy and several new ventures..
