I worked with Barbour on a freelance basis to help deliver value in their UK consumer market via their website. The main project was to bench-mark the website’s organic search performance, create an objective assessment and 12 month optimisation plan. I stayed on to help deliver the plan with the internal team contributing to both content, specifying technical improvements and ensuring measurements where accurate an interpreted into actionable insights.
