I initially joined Arco on a contract basis to help optimise and grow the UK’s leading safety products provider’s eCommerce platform, supporting a digital channel worth £100m annually.
Working across CRO, digital product development, customer insight and experimentation, my role focused on improving conversion performance while also helping shift customers towards more valuable digital behaviours and margin growth opportunities. Alongside platform optimisation, I worked closely with teams across the business to help embed a more digital first culture, introducing new processes, ways of working and testing practices that enabled better decision making and faster delivery.
Over time the role expanded beyond optimisation into wider digital transformation activity, including platform migration, experimentation strategy, analytics, customer journey development and digital capability building across teams.
After the first 12 months I was invited to join the business permanently, where I continue to work today across digital product, CRO and eCommerce transformation initiatives.
