Worked with Barbour across several freelance and fixed term contracts during a period of ecommerce growth and platform change.

Initially focused on ecommerce content and landing page production before moving into broader ecommerce trading and optimisation support. Worked alongside internal teams and agency partners on day-to-day trading activity, customer experience improvements and post-launch optimisation.

Also supported the delivery of a major ecommerce platform migration, helping coordinate content, commercial and technical activity during the transition.
