Brought in during a period of transition to help Ideal Boilers expand into the UK consumer market. Developed the strategy and built the team that established a strong new market presence.

Engaged by Group Atlantic to support Ideal Boilers as they explored expansion beyond their traditional installer-led model into the UK consumer market.

Developed a consumer marketing strategy based on external research, translating insight into a clear, actionable plan aligned to commercial objectives. The role quickly moved beyond strategy into delivery, with responsibility for building the internal capability required to execute.

Led the recruitment of a consumer marketing team, establishing the structure, roles and direction needed to bring the strategy to life. Worked closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand, product and route to market.

The result was the successful establishment of a consumer-facing presence, with the team delivering sustained progress and measurable growth
