Ideal / Group Atlantic

Group Atlantic, through their Ideal Boilers brand, approached me to assist them during a period of transition as they considered expanding their reach to the UK consumer market in addition to their traditional installer segments. Initially, my role involved devising a consumer marketing strategy based on research provided by KPMG. Subsequently, I was entrusted with the task of recruiting a consumer marketing team within the company to implement various initiatives outlined in the strategy. Since then, the team has made significant progress and achieved substantial success, establishing a strong presence in the market.
