Worked with Group Atlantic during a period where Ideal Boilers was exploring growth in the UK consumer market alongside its traditional installer-focused model.
Supported the development of consumer marketing recommendations covering digital presence, SEO, website optimisation and customer acquisition activity. Also assisted with planning for a new internal consumer marketing function, including recruitment support and presentations to senior stakeholders to help secure internal buy-in.
Part of the work also involved helping shape a measurement and reporting framework so progress against the investment could be tracked clearly by the executive team, with a focus on visibility of performance, channel effectiveness and growth opportunities.
The role combined strategic planning with practical digital marketing and organisational support within a large manufacturing business.
