Led digital strategy and CRO alongside a Magento 2 migration, helping Snainton Golf scale its ecommerce operation and double warehouse capacity.

Worked closely with Snainton Golf to plan and deliver a combined digital marketing and CRO strategy during a full platform migration to Magento 2.

Oversaw the development of the digital channel, coordinating agencies, developers and internal stakeholders to ensure the new platform delivered commercially from day one. The focus was on building a scalable ecommerce operation rather than simply replacing technology.

Implemented structured customer acquisition and optimisation activity, ensuring traffic growth translated into revenue. Improvements across the site experience and performance created a stronger, more efficient sales channel.

The impact was significant, with the business scaling its operation to the point where warehouse capacity was doubled to meet demand.
