Beal Homes

Acting as PM to two agencies (creative and technology) and the client I delivered a major digital transformation project for Beal Homes. I lead a multidisciplinary team that took them from a legacy admin system and a basic website to a fully automated demand generation and lead management/booking fulfilment and customer management system. Once the customer selects an appointment against a plot they can be fully managed online. with an optimised customer experience right on brand for Beal.

Together with the team, we specified and delivered every aspect of a new CRM and workflow management system, which we then integrated into their public website. This included enabling potential customers to book viewings and manage their entire sales and onboarding process digitally. The project brought significant benefits in reach and coverage for Beal, as well as meaningful efficiency gains in the back office. Workflows were effectively optimised to meet customer requirements and demands.

The solution was highly scalable and has enabled Beal’s ongoing growth into one of thew North’s leading house buildings and enabled them to fukfil key parts of the brand proposition through a great online experience. This project was a key component of a broader transformation process that has seen Beal harness technology and innovation to transform its offerings.
