I collaborated with Giacom to establish and execute a complex inbound marketing campaign over a 12-month period. With a focus on paid search, I successfully managed a monthly spend of £75k, working alongside my two associate freelancers. The campaign yielded an impressive 150% year-on-year growth, with a return on ad spend that exceeded expectations. This project posed particular challenges due to the nature of the technology sector, which required careful allocation of the budget. However, given the potential for high revenue contributions of over £1m per annum from acquisitions, it was crucial to optimise the budget usage. In addition to overseeing the campaign, I developed a comprehensive SEO plan and a set of deliverables, as well as implemented a thorough management reporting process. Furthermore, I played a key role in recruiting and mentoring a new internal digital marketing team, ensuring the continuation of the work I had initiated.
